Purchased Gold Battle Pass - but it didn't activate

Title says it all - the payment was successful yet I received an error and it did not activate the battle pass for me.


I'm not sure how to file a support ticket.

same thing happened to me, purchased the 40$ pass 4 hours ago and I got nothing, I recived e-mail that I was charged

Same boat and zero in the forums from Plarium.  I can't file a support ticket through the app as it won't load (Probably because everyone is inundating them with tickets due to the massive fail). 


I'm sure the all important overall app rating is bound to decline over this.

Purchased 2nd gold pack please contact me for a compensation of in game items on my first one that I never received I have screen shots showing I paid for. Other than that issue my account is running fine. We can work this out

Same here. Just the gold pass and it was charged from my network. Plus there's an email confirmation. But until now, I have no gold pass on my account. The plarium support won't load too in the Raid App. Wtf.
