So I bought 730 gems for $19.99 and waited for it to process and it never did. I then went to the support option INGAME and it never actually loaded after waiting 30minutes of load time. I then decided to try again and buy the SAME pack of 730 gems at $19.99 and the google play store tells me that my purchase hasn't been processed yet, but as soon as it does, the SECOND purchase will be processed. So now I'm $40 in the hole on a new game that I JUST STARTED and nothing is being done. I have screenshots of the message from verizon saying the purchases were made, but I have nothing to show for it. I think if a solution isn't found in 24hours then I'll be making a great post on social media on how this game operates

same issue 19.99 gem pack. never received items in game. credit card was charged. submitted a ticket no word back yet its been almost 48hrs.
the reason for the purchase was to gain an edge in an ongoing event / challenge. 20$ wasted not getting the item but also lost the edge I would have gained. total waste of time.Feb 18, 2020, 09:1902/18/20

in a month's time I put 400 € for nothing, practice will be the last time. I don't like to wait when I pay.
