At about 5:45pm Eastern (10:45pm UTC) I purchased the 6 star Speed Artifact armor set, $24.99; I was charged for the item and have the payment receipt from Google play and PayPal, but apparently the items were never delivered to my ingame account.

Woke this morning to find the items waiting for me in my chest. :) Not sure if it just took time for the other side of the transaction went through or if someone did something on the back-end.
