Billed for Raid Card, but multi-battles missing
My one week free trial ended and I was billed Jan 15th for the Silver Raid Card (I have receipt), yet I did not receive my multi-battles for yesterday. Beyond the generic “please see FAQ page” response when submitting a ticket, there has been no follow up from support regarding ticket placed yesterday.
