I bought the 9.99 daily gem pack I had the confirmation e-mail. I then sent the screenshot to support but I think there on holiday stopped responding for some reason.
Our support checkhed they never received a receipt from you. if you haven't received one from Google, it means the payment wasn't processed by them. And if it didn't go through them, it would've reached the game server. I recommend contacting Play Store support on the matter.
