In Shop Purchase
Hey Plarium,
I had an issue today with the shop. There was an accidental purchase from the "Limited Special Offers" shop. It was the 49.99 pack at around 10:45 AM EST today on my account. I have not collected the rewards they are still in my mailbox. I have spent quite a fair bit on this game and I intend to continue, however I did not want this pack. Can I just do a refund through Google Services? Or is this an issue for you guys to handle? I want to proceed with caution because I do not want to have my account banned!
