Hi,

I purchased the access to the additional rewards for the revival path quest line.  

For some reason it is not recognising progress on the quests that drop daily IE win 5 x Tag Team arena.  I raised a ticket on this on Sunday and supplied the information requested as well as screen shots.  Since then, I've only had acknowledgements that my issue is being investigated.  Well, the last of the quests dropped today and no sign of a response from CS.

The reply email asked me not to reply to the ticket.  How do I get this chased up? I paid for the package and have been prevented from claiming the rewards despite having completed the objectives.  This looks like a time limited event and it's getting close to the end.

Anyone able to help?
