Losing Shop Purchase Item in Inbox
Dear Plarium,
So today I just realised some of my purchased items were missing, including two 3 days double XP (duration is still above 80 days) due to over limit of Inbox space.
Apparently the mechanism of Inbox storage is to automatically overwrite the oldest item when the Inbox is full and there is new item coming in.
No confirmation, no notification, not even a slightest information on this matter.
Recently I was too busy with my work and I didn't have time to maintain my inventory. I just keep using all of energy on grinding.
If you could give me back my double XP, I will really appreciate it. Those items are really important for me.
