You can log a support ticket in-game by going to your Gamertag in the top left of the home screen and then choosing "info" on the left, then the support button and follow the prompts

The thing is that the way App Store sends notifications to us does not always match with the way we receive them. That is why your Pass payment from April 26 was not reflected in our database. Unfortunately, we cannot affect this issue, as the reason is on the side of the App Store.
Thus, I recommend that you try doing the following:
1. Go to the Settings of your device – General – Restrictions – check if the In-App purchases are ON.
2. Confirm your Apple ID in your device's Settings menu:
- Close the game.
- Log out from the AppStore (device Settings -> iTunes & AppStore).
- Launch the game and check if the Pass has been extended for the next month.
3. Reinstall the game and then check if the Pass has been extended (just make sure to save your progress before reinstalling).
In case these steps do not help, I suggest contacting App Store and asking them for the refund of your April Pass payment. As I have said, unfortunately, we cannot resolve the issue from our side.

I have been dealing with the auto responses on the in app support for 5 days now... my raid card sub was paid for on the 26th. yet i have no raid pass perks... for 5 days i've not had the additional 70 auto attacks, 20% xp or 20% silver... need I mention this has been during a Champion training tourny... I have 3 open tickets and NO responses! WTH do I have to do to get what I paid for... its not like I haven't spent hundreds on this game and I feel like i'm being treated like a FTP player... At this point I'd be ok with a refund... maybe dragon champs will treat me better!?!?
I having issues buying a raid pass, and the support isn’t helpful in the slightest they offer one suggestion that dosent work and then stop responding. It’s extremely frustrating when I’m the one trying to spend money. Please fix this. Or at least tell me you can’t fix it so I can stop trying.
