Raid pass problems

My monthly subscription for the raid pass was charged to my account but I have not received the 20% silver or exp boost. So now im playing without the perks I paid for.

once done(or if done already), do you mind sending me the details via message here or on discord, ticket number and plarium ID.


You can log a support ticket in-game by going to your Gamertag in the top left of the home screen and then choosing "info" on the left, then the support button and follow the prompts


I've also already highlighted this post for the support team.

Thank you for the patience.


The thing is that the way App Store sends notifications to us does not always match with the way we receive them. That is why your Pass payment from April 26 was not reflected in our database. Unfortunately, we cannot affect this issue, as the reason is on the side of the App Store.


Thus, I recommend that you try doing the following:


1. Go to the Settings of your device – General – Restrictions – check if the In-App purchases are ON.


2. Confirm your Apple ID in your device's Settings menu:

- Close the game.

- Log out from the AppStore (device Settings -> iTunes & AppStore).

- Launch the game and check if the Pass has been extended for the next month.


3. Reinstall the game and then check if the Pass has been extended (just make sure to save your progress before reinstalling).


In case these steps do not help, I suggest contacting App Store and asking them for the refund of your April Pass payment. As I have said, unfortunately, we cannot resolve the issue from our side.

I am also experiencing this issue. I submitted a ticket and hoping for the best but I don't know. If it was something I had to purchase every 30 days that's fine I can do that, but they make it a subscription only so when it doesn't work we just get screwed?

Hi I subscribed for silver raid card which says +70 multiple battle attempts. However, I only have 55 daily multi-battle attempts.

I am not able to purchase raid card says error and try to manage payments but it's not even there. This is getting annoying the one game i want to spend money on and I can't. I can buy anything else just not raid cards

They took money off my account yesterday for Silver Raid card, I have submitted a ticket to support, got an immediate bot response showing this is a common problem which they charge clients for a product which they delay and don't deliver, its totally unacceptable that they have an automatic response to the problem but can't be bothered to fix their game and systems, so I am paying for a product and not getting the usage of it!! I am tempted to open a complaint with the European Commission for  Consumer Protection as treating paying customers like this is totally unacceptable and Plarium need to be held to account.

I have been dealing with the auto responses on the in app support for 5 days now... my raid card sub was paid for on the 26th. yet i have no raid pass perks... for 5 days i've not had the additional 70 auto attacks, 20% xp or 20% silver... need I mention this has been during a Champion training tourny... I have 3 open tickets and NO responses! WTH do I have to do to get what I paid for... its not like I haven't spent hundreds on this game and I feel like i'm being treated like a FTP player... At this point I'd be ok with a refund... maybe dragon champs will treat me better!?!?

I'm also having Raid pass issues. I've paid for the raid pass with the auto-renewal but it's not activated in-game. This renewal process has been working fine for the past 11 months. Please help. There's no answer from your in-game support.

I having issues buying a raid pass, and the support isn’t helpful in the slightest they offer one suggestion that dosent work and then stop responding. It’s extremely frustrating when I’m the one trying to spend money. Please  fix this. Or at least tell me you can’t fix it so I can stop trying. 


Raid pass says I have a pass on another account. I no longer have access to that account. Pressing restore card does nothing it says no cards available.  Can someone tell me anything?

raid card sub was paid for on the 23rd. i have not received raid pass perks...i've not received the additional 70 auto attacks, 20% xp or 20% silver... ticket number: 50807281
