I have opened well over 20+ shards and have NOT recieved Sicia Flametongue. I have also opened a few blue ones & have recieved blue champions through the shards & standard play, but NO Sicia Flametongue! What am i doing wrong? Or do i recieve her at the end of the event? By the way i read it, i understood that she should appear within opening 12 shards? Is that 12 green shards, blue, purple or the yellow ones that we never seem to get? She shows on the yellow one as being able to summon if a person has 10 yellow shards....
