Booster packs.
Sometimes when I log on to the game, I get an offer for a booster pack. But when I try to collect it, I'm told I'm not eligible for it. I was curious as to why?

Can you take a picture of whatever is giving you an issue? Sounds odd, whatever it is.

It's when I first log into the game on my phone. It happened last night. I logged on, and it showed me 5 prizes. 1was a 4 star champion, and there was an energy bottle and some silver, and a couple of other things. It said collect below these items, and when I hit the collect button, a message popped up, saying I wasn't eligible for a booster pack.
