Step3:  Select stage 13

Step4:  built the team

Step5:  Press ready

Step6:  loading starts

Step7:  Load screen stop load and crashes.

During my run using super raid boost during the dragon dungeon, the game crashes while loading, it happens in the middle of my raids for the dragon tournament and cost me precious 28 energy points bought with gems.

After close the game it works again but it's not the first time it happens and cost me energy, happened in the same way in the spider den runs and some arena runs that cost me the coin and a loss in the rank. any chance to get some compensation for the energy lost?
