My game crashed while trying to load into a battle on Tilshire Stage 6, hard mode. The stage was stuck infinitely loading so I closed the tab and reopened the game. Got the "Your game crashed during a battle message" and sent an error report. 

A few minutes later, I got an email about a charge from Apple services. I was charged for both the Rookie Pack (which is still 0/1 purchases in my store, I did not purchace this and have not purchased it any time recently) as well as a charge for $9.99 for the "Small Pack," which if I recall was the freebie pack I collected earlier?

I asked Apple to issue a refund for both because I double checked and didn't even receive any loot to collect from any supposed purchaces.
