when will the game be fixed?
This is getting very old. The game freezes 2 - 3 times a day, and you loose your resources. FYI I play on a secure vpn with verzion fios. The only other person on my internet is my wife. with 100 mb speed there is no way that the 2 of us can use all the bandwith, especially since neither of are streaming.
As the awesome Rep "JOHN" has replied to my many tickets, its a know issue yet they dont have a fix.
John try another bs excuse, o yeah he has, he keeps also saying check your internet? John keeps flip flopping on his replies. It literally switches every other ticket. Its really pathedic.
If this is a known issue why dont they refund the resources you loose when the game freezs. Why should players have to suffer for plarium "know issue" as John states it is.
I know some are saying there is no way to know who this is happening to. NOT TRUE! it very simple, after you relog after the game freezes, it asks if you want to send a report, select yes them submit a ticket.
Then all they would have to do is match ticket to submitted report
If they dont have the staff to do this then that is a plarium issue, stop buying TV ads and fix the game. But isnt their job to make sure the game is not working to fix it timely?
When a product does not work as intended you either return the product for refund or the producer gives some sort of compensation for inconveince for good will. How is this any different? Where is plariums support for good will?
