I have tried talking to in game customer support but they have ignored me saying everything is working fine.

Please check my account as I have had pulled the following on 2x recently.   Void after 208 pulls   3.5343% chance.   Void after 211 pulls.  0.7207% chance.  Void after 212 pulls.  0.3531% chance.   The odds of that happening in a row is 0.0008994 % chance  (1 in 1111845).    I have has similar rates from ancient shards on 2x.   The odds of both happening are 1 in 123,612,606,340,901.    Fix this or I would like the 3200 dollars I spent back as I did not get what was promised as the odds have proven.
