Hi! I was offered a sponsorship with RSL and wanted to install the game beforehand.

I downloaded the installer and it came up with the pop up seen in the image attached. 

I tried telling Windows Defender to let it through

I tried disabling Windows Defender

I tried running the installer as an admin

I tried disabling my firewall. 

I do have a valid internet connection right now as I am in call with someone on discord, watching another stream and on the internet typing this.

I also had this issue a few months ago when I wanted to download the game for my friend, who had the same sponsorship. 

Any help would be appreciated!
