Artifact level up does not work on Speed Shield.

Had the same issue, reload game and you probably will find shield upgraded to X lvl along with proper silver consumption.
Thanks mate, that worked. It's now lvl 10. Shows how much I do things even though they don't work, over and over.
Very glad of this fix as I had a piece of a 4 set that had the same issue. Was gutted I would have to spend a ton of silver removing all 4. So you saved me $$ 👍
