I have noticed that if their is a shield skill used, the shield placed by hope's Hearten Ability will not replace the shield though a shield cast from a jizoh will take precedence over the shielding.
Or, the fact that Hope's shield skill will not overwrite a skill of lesser value, but a shield of lesser value will overwrite her skill, and apply the secondary skill with shielding, but that shield cannot be over written with a higher buff, and it can only be extended??
This mechanic is like, maybe something unintended, because it does not actually have any importance for value creating
