If you cannot log into the game or are experiencing performance-related issues, please try one of the following workarounds:
1. Change your connection method or use a VPN service to switch your IP address (e.g., Turbo VPN for mobile devices).
2. Run the game on your PC via Plarium Play launcher or use a different device:

It fixes the problem, make sure you don't delete your data when you uninstall.
open the command line with the Win + R key combination;
- enter the control panel, go to Uninstall programs and uninstall Plarium App;
- press Win + R, enter Regedit, then open the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software ;
- delete both folders - Plarium and PlariumPlayInstaller;
- in the same registry editor, press Ctrl + F (keyboard shortcut for a quick search), type Plarium in the pop-up window and delete all the items associated with the name;
- after deleting all folders and files that contain ""Plarium"", reinstall the application from the official site plarium.com.
