Hello, thank you for your response, what do you mean to ask my friend to make a screenshot from his account? or from mine? because I don't seem to see anything. 

EDit: My friend recieved the shard but i did not.

We need to see the referals window within the account to try to report the problem.

But I did not refer anybody, I was the one refered to the game. 

And the promo said that both of us, the one that refered the game to me and me, will get his rewards. But i will screenshot the screen to you.

First answer me this: If i clicked the link of one friend of mine, Both should recieve the rewdards right? 

Then my friend is the only one recieving them and I did not get anything.
