A few steps I think one should take while waiting for a reply from support (including anyone who reads this later on)

1) Make sure you are on your account. Relevant for those who have alternate accounts or share a device/comptuer with someone.

2) If you're on the correct account, make sure your account is secure and if using plarium play, double check to see if any strange IP addresses/locations have logged in.

3) energy and clan boss keys that aren't in the inbox don't just disappear (even if you're over on both). but neither will refill until you go under the maximum.

4) sometimes there are visual glitches in the game so I'd log out/in and if on Plarium Play attempt to resize the screen.

This isn’t just a visual glitch—I personally checked and had over 34k energy at the time. As for everything you mentioned, I’ve already done all of it. I’m literally on my account right now, checking on my phone for any response, but apparently, they’re overwhelmed with a high volume of requests and issues.

I’m also not the only one experiencing this. There are numerous Reddit posts from others who have suddenly lost thousands of energy out of nowhere.

Regarding the Clan Boss keys, they can absolutely disappear. This was a major issue years ago—so much so that we were given free boss keys for a while to compensate. But for me, the issue was never fixed. If I claim keys and store up five, then use one, I’ll finish the battle and suddenly be down to two. Any extra keys I had just vanish.

I’ve dealt with so many glitches and bugs over time that I’ve learned to just live with most of them. But losing all that energy is seriously killing my motivation. It’s making me question why I even bother playing. Why should I grind for resources if they can just disappear in an instant? It makes all the effort feel completely meaningless. 

Okie dokie, you'll have to wait for support to take a look. It would be highly irregular for either to disappear out of thin air as I (and many others) have alt accounts that have overflowing keys/energy without issue. 

Unfortunately, this is my one and only account... and if this can't be fixed I doub't i'll be keeping it. It's a shame considering it was the first mobile game i had actually spent a little bit of money on.
