Hello! I downloaded this game two days ago and it has been great so far. I love the character designs, creature concepts, and the different faction designs and greatly appreciate the thought and detail put into each champion and their backstory. Within the first several hours after downloading, I found out about new player promo codes that I can choose from to redeem. I wanted to redeem the MONKEYKING code but it said "this code is for new players only" even though my account had been created only hours before. I tried several other codes to see if that one code was just broken but they said the same thing. I tried a different category of code (time limited, not new player) and it worked.  As I understand it I believe I have about a day left in the new player window in which these should work to hopefully get it fixed. Is there a reason the new player code is not working for my account? Or is there a way the MONKEYKING promo reward can be manually sent to my inbox since it didn't work?
