Hi, Yesterday I do 2 specifics events to get the reward of 2x 20 prism, but i received only 20 ... The Rush to fragment prism is not finish, but it still missing 20 white prism fragment, i do sandevil tournement and the last Dongeon Rush event , can you do something for me ?

Yeah, you're going to have to open a support ticket unfortunately. We (moderators) can't see anything on your end so it's best to check in with support and see if they can shed some light on what's up.
