Several of my clustermates are reporting that free gear change tokens are being activated even after they selected 'don't ask again' and then cancel.

I have not personally been able to replicate the issue on PC, but since several are griping about it I thought I'd start a report here.

I'll follow up with more details I get them.

Even if it's just user error, the wording and interface for activating tokens needs to be improved.
