Harima's passive is not ignored by Fatalis, why?
Other champions don't have this problem ex:( Rotos, Taras, Siegfrund, etc), and die due to Fatalis' secret, only Harima doesn't die, is it a bug?

If you are referring to Harima's passive proc'ing and negating the ignore defense, that's not a bug. It's not a bug as it's negating the effect before damage occurs.
