Gear disappears when attempting to upgrade.

Step 1: Entered into my artifact collection

Step 2: select the piece of gear i am looking to upgrade 

Step 3: clicked the "upgrade to lvl(x)" button.  

(Note, this does not happen everytime, it has occurred twice out of approxiamately 10-20 upgrades.)

• Description of the issue

Twice now during attempts to use the automatic upgrade feature for gear, I have had the item i was attempting to upgrade literally disappear.  I click the auto upgrade button (the "upgrade to lvl(x)") and suddenly a completely different piece of gear is now being displayed and the item I had been upgrading is completely missing from my gear collection.  This issue does not appear to happen consistently, I have experienced it twice today, but have had probably at least 10-20 other pieces of gear upgrade without issue.  The first time occurred while making use of the "fitting room" feature, while the second time occurred without using that feature.
