Technical support ticket helps?
Hello!
I've opened a ticket on 12th of September due to not receiving 3 legendary tomes for 135 stars in campaign on brutal. I've been waiting for some action or reply in this regard, but have received neither reply nor tomes.
I have asked a couple of times whether there will be any updates on the ticket, but again only silence was the answer.
Now I checked again and see the ticket closed with a message: "Ticket closed. Create a new ticket to address your issue".
This is strange, no? Now I should create a new ticket in this regard? Then what? Wait for a month, see it closed and create another one until I'm sick of it and completely forget?
Is there any support ticket resolution time/SLA? Or the ticket can be open for unlimited time period or closed any time without solution?
