I lost BOTH the CB keys that I had today. Not the first time, but never had I lost more than one CB key in a day (I've lost about 6 CB keys already).

Plus hundreds of battles and dozens of arena fights. 

Are you ever gonna fix the freezing and loading problems?

I've been playing for over 2 months, reported this via the game hundreds of times to no avail.

Obviously nobody's gonna spend a cent in a game (no matter how good) that doesn't work.
