In app support!? And action required to replace lost resources.

Not sure this is the place to put this, however here goes :)

Whats the point of having a support page in the app if you only get an automated response!

I was about to create a ticket for the issue i describe below, however thought I'd post here see if someone from support will actually grace me with some real help?

I have created 2 tickets only to get an automated responses and then for the ticket to be closed after a couple of days!

This is not support, I'm happy to provide feedback and report bugs,  but only having an automated response is not good enough for some issues if game play and resources are being effected.

Now to my latest issue:  i just lost an ancient shard that i bought in the shop, the app hung after i hit summon, and came up with the options to continue or retry, after hitting retry several time and still getting the same option i hit continue, this closed the dialogue and showed my shard still intact, i them restarted the app and the shard was missing, and no new hero in my squad!

So i would like support to send me system email with the shard or 200k of silver to replace what i have lost.


Issues like this need to be addressed quickly, as it affects game play, your server player logs should be able to confirm my problem, and then replace my lost resources.

Looking forward to the replies

Similar issue fir me. The game repeatedly locks up mud game or action and lose the keys or energy being used
