I bought a refill energy with the last gems i had (had 160-170 energy) and when i went to spiders den as i selected stage 8 it automatically started the stage, but when it finished loading , before the champions could begin it restarted loading in the map (i didnt click on anything it did it by itself) and after this happening 3-4 times the battle finally started, after it finished i only got one ring, yet that bugg used all 160 energy i had and i also didnt get any other rewards. and before anyone says my team has repeatedly auto spiders den stage 8 for 2 min, so if it played out all the battles i should have atleast gotten rewards if it used all that energy but i have recieved nothing. 

i already sent in a support ticket, but so far no reply.
