WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Step 1: Go to Champion Index | Factions;

Step 2: select Banner Lords, and find Fireblade hero;

Step 3: Check Fireblade’s skills description;

Description:

Fireblade's Burning Spear default skill places a [Decrease ATK] debuff if critical. However, Skill Upgrades lvl 3, 5 and 6 increase Debuff Chance with no Buff/Debuff to be effected by this.
