Hello I’ve been hang up issues and having to relog at end of dungeons and during fights.ive been hallowed halls . Well I finally the toon I was after the executioner . Right at end of battle when prize was displayed my account started spinning and lost connection. I hit continue and it booted me and I had to relog and the character disappeared it’s not in account what so ever. I’ve countless hours and energy after that toon . It’s very upsetting as this problem continues to get worse. Can it be fixed and my character reawarded to me?
