As the title says, since the latest content update I'm getting not only lock-ups, but also frequent pausing for few seconds. All this is NOT only during combats, but occurs when trying to do anything. It's very intermittent, it can be a minute or two between instances, or not at all. I've tried reducing frame rate, and graphics quality without a change. I've also checked anything running in the background, like anti-virus etc.

For me this has caused the loss of energy, arena tokens (not really concerned about them), silver, and even a couple of shards (only green though).
