Ok, so I dont have access to my ID number right, now, nor my exact model phone, but it is an LG stylo V2, and it runs off of android. I am work, hence why I cant provide you completely full info, but while it was at the top of my mind, I wanted to get it out there. so I am running valkarye and blind seer in a few of my teams. Both of them have a shield buff. Blind seers is much much stronger. Valkyrie's shield buff is 3 turns and includes a 2 turn counter attack. Blind seers is a 2 turn, but provides a Block Debuff buff along with it. One thing that aggrevates me is the fact that I need to use both shields, for their buffs (counter attack, and block buffs), but no matter what order these champions go in, valkarye's shield will come out on top. I know Blnd seer is applying hers because the block buffs will still appear but her actual shield, which is much stronger, will never be prioritized over valkarye's.  Is there a reason for this?
