This really needs to be fixed, I spent a lot of time to save up the gems especially during an event. I purchased a pack for 11 blue shards and it gave me 11 Green shards. I want my blues, what is the process. I took a screenshot of my shard count and a screenshot of the pack I bought however nothing before hand because this wasn’t something I expected to happen

I had to reboot but it changes to blue in my gem area. Super odd guys take a look into it
