For soon to be a week now, I haven't been able to progress from Palace of Aravia stage one, Hard mode. Also, I went back after it became so, and tried normal, with the same resulting Error message, but same happened with Normal stage one and two. I do play on PC, but I've tried playing on a mobile device with the same result, as well as reinstalling the game, beating the stage without Auto, and even tried different champions to beat it, all ends with the same resulting error message.

A day or so after I first noticed that Palace error, I were leveling a Kael and a Doompriest. I managed to power up enough Champions to Rank up the Doompriest to 5 stars, and I continued to play a bit after that as well, with both Doompriest and Kael.. The day after, when I log back into the game, my Kael is gone, along with a 4 star fully ascended Skullsworn with a few leveled cruel pieces on it, and two seperate champions that I used in the fusion are back in my pool of Champions????

What is going on?
