I play on PC with Plarium Play 

My O.S. is Windows 10 Pro x64 v.22H2

My Clan defeats Brutal, Nightmare and Ultra Clan Bosses and I make over 100 Million a key on each of them. At 10:30 utc I tried to Open x2 Brutal and Nightmare chests from Clan Boss. But instead of getting the rewards, an error message popped up. I closed the game and went to eat. Because I'm in Italy, and here it was 12:30. After half an hour I started the game and opened the 2 Ultra chests, which gave me the rewards. But Brutal and Nightmare were no longer available.

So, what can be done about it, in order to be able to get the 4 lost chests back?
