not receiving Amazon Prime EP-Booster-Paket

PC, Windows 10

RSL anounced the availabilitry of the EP-Booster-Paket. I followed the link to Amazon, copied my personal promo code and entered it in the game GUI. Then there was a network issue. Neither did I receive the EP-Booster-Paket nor could I enter the promo code again. The code is burned without reward.

As I'm paing for Amazon Prime, I feel I should receive what I paid for, regardless of temporary network issues.

Worked okay for me, also using Windows 10 using Plarium Play so it may be something specific to the account themselves.

Maybe the problem is the same like Wow. There we say always "Never play on patch day" ::-))

You will need to contact Support to have them walk you through this. Amazon codes failing cannot be resolved via the forum, unfortunately.
