Losing Energy... badly

When I hit level 50, I celebrated with the purchase of the 50 package.   99 US dollars... not a small amount but I thought it might be worth it because of the amount of energy within the package... and I have been using a lot of late and figured the over 1700 energy would go a long way to level up my champions.


Boy was I wrong.  Not suspecting anything wrong, I played on.  A couple of game crashes later, I find myself running out of energy and having to use my gems to be able to play..  WTF?


And now that I am paying a bit more attention, I find that anything in excess of my full meter disappears when I crash or close for the day.


It is one thing when you take back what you give for free, but another matter entirely when you take what I freaking paid cash for.  That is theft pure and simple.


This could very well be a deal breaker if not addressed quickly.

The bug is confirmed.  I started paying a bit more attention as I wonder why I have to, and noticed that if I close the game for a couple of hours like for sleep or real life, the energy gets reset to one full load... 121 in my case, and anything more or less is lost.  Is this game design or a bug which cheats players out of paid for or earned energy?   


And why no response from management???

I’ve got the same problems today! At the morning before leaving to work, check the game and it was somthing around 340 energy! Came home, open the game start playing and noticed that my energy went to stock lvl! Any answers about that issue?

I dont know why but the game freez when i play in arena, dungeon, clan boss etc. and i lose my key and energy and gems for nothing and this happens to often a day. In the Last 5 min like 3 times...and this goes on more than 2 weeks.

I'd submit an in game ticket to support. I'd add your phone specs, your current operating system and any other info you can think of that would help.
