I maxed Skimfos with mastries.

He has 278 Accurancy, 101% C. Rate and 209 speed.

When I use his A3 "Clutch of Woe" which is "Transfers all debuffs from this champion to a target enemy, then attacks the target. Steals 100% of the target’s Turn Meter if this attack is critical. " he always steel 100% of Spider 20 turn meter with 100% success.

His A2 is described as "Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a 50% [Decrease ATK] debuff for 2 turns. After attacking, transfers all debuffs except [Stun], [Freeze], [Sleep], [Fear], [True Fear], [Provoke] and [Petrification] from all allies to this champion.".

The problem is when I use his A2 before A3 I always and I say always get resisted from the spider king when steeling the turn meter from Spider 20 even the poisons that were transfered to him by his A2 are transfered to the Spider king successfully. By the way, he is healed with the poisons successfully as well.

The Spider king resists the A3 turn meter steel while the attack was critical of course.

I do not know it is a bug or am I missing something with this guy.
