This looks right. But, you'll need to fulfill the same gearing requirements on another champion (which is noted in the 1/2 progress bar)

Same issue. Burned 650k, 340 energy and tons of potions and spare level 1s and nothing.

2 different attack type champions.

Gauntlets, Boots and Chestplate on each with attack% mainstat, all leveled to 12

Quest should work absolutely fine if you fulfill those reqs.
