The following problem exists since a few days:

In my Inbox there are 5 items supposed to be available, but they are not shown, it says "there's Nothing here". As far as I am concerned, the items still have a running cooldown and for example arena tokens dissapear aber 24 hours, which is quite a big problem since they are very important for progress and I cannot acquire all the items through this bug.

I am using the account on two devices, the problem occurs on both: Huawei P10 lite with EMUI Android 8.0.0 as well as BlueStacks Application for Windows 10.

I would love to get that fixed as soon as possible, losing that many arena tokens will damage my progress in the long run.
