I played the event summon rush and got over the 500 required points to receive a legendary shard but there was no option to pick up the reward after the event (and yes before the 24 hours ran out) and I received no mail with the items either. 

Why isnt it available for me to pick up? My friend says he has the same issue also. Are we doing something wrong? 

I claimed the rewards as they appeared throughout the event, just can't claim the final point rewards. Hope you can help me, thanks in advance 😊
