Howdy!

Last night when I went to bed I had 5 ancient shards saved up. This morning when I logged into Raid, my arena reward chest (silver) had some artifacts and a single ancient shard. When the reward chest screen went away however, my blue shard count remained at 5. No reward shard showed up in my inbox after multiple resets. It seems small, but it's for a week's worth of effort and I'm a new player so it's not insignificant.

I have submitted a support ticket in-game but the automated responses state that nobody in Customer Support will actually help you on a case-by-case basis, is that true?
