It is really so frustrated with this situation.

Because I am not just free player, because I am a paid player.

This game developer should be responsible on such an worst issues.

Device : iPad Pro 11"

OS : 12.2

Internet : WIFI (4 places), LTE - similar not much difference even tried various location/service

Condition : Just run this game

Especially, when change the game mode

    (1) change the difficulty in the campaign mode

    (2) change the game between Campaign, Dungeon or Area.

    (3) first matching is stuck in progress bar, 2~3 out of 10 in #1/2 situation

Continuous playing

    (1) just replaying in a single stage of campaign mode

    (2) 1~2 out 20 in #1 situation.

I have to remove the game from memory, and I have to re-run this game when locked

When locked at end of progress bar, 1/3~1/5 changes, it is playing to next fight screen after 5~10 seconds delay.

but, most of time, never progress, just locked.

Really serious problem,\

Hope to be fixed as soon as possible.

     I have added my player ID, Hope, can track the login status, will find so many login without finishing fighting.

     Because game is locked in progress bar,
