Hello, i sent a referral link to my friend and he’s now level 27 and I still haven’t unlocked rewards. Who do I contact?

Apparently it's some common bug. I invited 3 friends to this game and they are already over level 20+ but only one referal slot is active 😕

Have sent the link to my other half, he used it but it has not shown up ? what is going on ?

Same issue, my friend got the game via referral link and showed up right after for me, but the next time I loaded the game she was gone???
