So I completed the campaign mission that gives you five of each brew. Naturally I was excited, I could boost my core team. I went to the tavern to begin. First I selected Elhain and did the brews for her class. Then I used brews of another class to boost her more. Two times I looked at the screen and only five brews were showing up as selected, so I clicked to do it. Instantly my level 26 Hylia vanished. For no reason at all I lost a core member of my team and all of the gear that was on her. Needless to say I was furious. I tried to find a support contact for the game, and Plarium's support page doesn't even list it. So I'm posting here to see if something can be done. 

The gear? It would be nice to have it back. I'm more concerned with Hylia, even if it's base level. I can grind her back up and farm the potions to fully ascend her again no problem. Considering the severe RNG in this game, getting champions that is, it has me wanting to quit. It's one thing to lose someone because I screwed up. It's another to lose something in a game like this due to a bug. Haven't played since it happened so the event logs won't be cluttered. At most I claim the daily things but that's it. Would appreciate a response from a moderator or being pointed towards support's direction so I can talk to them. Just in case Hylia comes in different variants I had the blue rarity. Her Poisonous Lilly could be boosted via ascension.
