Constant crashes - another bug report

As a member who as spent quite a bit of money on this game, the crashes in the last 3ish weeks (Since the tournament patch) have cost me 100+ arena matches (many at -20 points), hundreds - thousands of energy, and most importantly, endless frustration. I literally cannot progress in the arena not because I’m losing, but because every freeze on load = a loss. To me, if I can’t go 30 minutes without a crash/freeze, the game is not playable. Before system spec/logs are asked for, It’s not the device/network because I have tried on three different devices and a few different networks. I refuse to spend any more money until I see a decent period without crashes and there aren’t so many posts on the forms about such. The lack of support and player response (just like this one will see no response) is frustrating. If you sell a product, sell the product for what you advertise it as. At this current moment, you will need to advertise this game as the following: a game with great graphics and intentions. It would be really amazing to play... if you only could... play it. Listen to your community. If a small portion of people have the issue, maybe it’s them. If 50+% of the population is having issues, it’s a game related issue. Why are you taking our money for a product you not only are failing to deliver on, but one you’re refusing to update anyone on? I can compile the 500+ posts of people complaining about lack of communication but I think that’s already well known if even 1% of posts are reviewed.
