it's a brand new laptop so i don't think it's that that's the problem either i have only run in to all these game freezes and bugs after the 1.7 update went live after that everything and everybody started having major issues with the game, game breaking issues!!! The community managers either don't care about the problems with the game through the forum or they don't want to know about the problem because they are getting bombarded with the same problem again and again from different people, that is there job to inform the devs of different problems people are coming to the forum with so should be active in the chats, otherwise why even work for a gaming support team? just to ignore your customers?
i have written multiple tickets/forum post about the subject but haven't got any replies from anybody at all and i've done over 20 of each with absolutely no help or response from anybody. Please fix this game because it's a winning formula that you have apart from all the bugs this game has it has to be 100% top 3 mobile/pc games that i have played last year and this year it would be 10/10 for me, apart from the bugs and lack of support taking it down to 6.5/10 for me
i see 3 major problems with the game 1. The bugs have to be addressed and fixed faster 2. The lack of support from the "support team" on the forum is amazing and has to be addressed also fixed asap (RESPOND TO EVERYBODY) it's literally what you guys get paid to do and 3. The same thing with the online support.... If you're going to call yourself the "online support" online support then hows about being online once or twice a day so that when somebody has an immediate problem that needs addressing straight away it can be dealt with forthwith without delay "rant over" sorry
here are a few examples of the game freezes it happens while trying to take gear off
trying to sell equipment it happens
while trying to swap gear out for better equipment it happens
then after sitting with the loading icon on the screen this happens and you have to click continue
more often than not it ends up on the re-log or retry windows and you're having to sit and click retry over and over again with the next thing after you have clicked the retry icon it goes to the little loading icon stuck in the middle like this
it's happening during and after combat it's happening whenever you have to change a screen to do something else or when you're having to do anything to be honest and it's happening so much that if something isn't done about all these bugs i fear people wanting to play the game and can't because of all the bugs that aren't getting fixed will find a different game to go and play forgetting all about raid & all its bugs
stupid loading things everywhere.... Sigh (*-*) in closing PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEMS WITH THE GAME AND SUPPORT thank you
