ive been sitting on my ticket for over a day now, and my issue involves me spending real world money then getting gypped because their servers crashed. and i have records of all of it. i hope they respond soon because i know a good lawyer, and they really dont want to deal with a lawsuit...

Lol I've been getting automated responses with no actual answers for months nice tense the official forum is the same as the game with the response to my Google review it's not suprising

None of my tickets are getting responses either. Had one outstanding raised through in game support for 3 weeks then just disappeared.
Not spending any more until responses to my others as something seems wrong
